Long time since I haven’t blogged.

How is everyone?

I apologise sincerely to Kevinn for putting up with my “devotion” to this blog. But now I am going to actually start.

So it’s boxing day and everyone is tired from hardcore Christmas partying. We have all opened our pressies and we have all stuffed ourselves silly, only to find that there is more leftovers that you could not finish within a week.

It may be the holidays and everyone maybe having a heap of fun but for some other people it’s just no where near fun which is why I am devoting this holidays to charity work. It may sound like it’s clichéd but honestly giving back to what you have taken in from the community isn’t that hard and it makes you feel like you’ve done something self-less.

To another topic, New Years Resolutions, you will never ever fulfil them. A new Years Resolution is more of wishful thinking rather than something you would aim to achieve. It’s better to aim high and get there in smaller goals. Honestly if you know you’re not in the greatest shape of your life and say this year “I’m gonna wake up early and exercise for one hour every morning”, what other bullshit have you got up your sleeve? So just think before beating yourself up for not completing your target.
